School and Business Donations

If your school or business is located between Austin and New Braunfels and has gently used educational materials, furniture, books, or supplies it no longer needs, Texas Microschool Alliance would love to help redistribute those items to small learning environments serving local families.

At Texas Microschool Alliance, we believe useful materials should continue impacting students rather than sitting in storage or being thrown away. We partner with schools, businesses, and community organizations to collect approved donated items and place them into learning environments where they can continue to be used well.

What We Are Accepting

We are currently accepting approved donations such as:

  • Rectangle tables, circle tables, and U-shaped tables

  • Classroom chairs

  • Books and classroom library materials

  • Library books being rotated out or removed from circulation

  • Math manipulatives and hands-on learning tools

  • Cleaning supplies (unused or gently used, such as disinfecting wipes, sprays, paper towels, etc.)

  • Classroom supplies and storage materials

  • Curriculum resources

  • Office or classroom organization items

What We Are Not Accepting

At this time, we are not accepting:

  • Individual student desks

  • Broken or unsafe furniture

  • Heavily damaged materials

  • Items located outside the Austin to New Braunfels area

To make the process simple, we coordinate pickup directly. Donated items must be compiled in a safe, accessible location before pickup. Photos of the items are requested before scheduling so we can prepare appropriately.

Please only submit items that are either personally owned or officially approved by your school, business, or organization for donation.

Texas Microschool Alliance is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We can provide donation receipts for eligible contributions, and donations may be tax-deductible in accordance with IRS guidelines.
